Strive at Fern Park Opens Doors to Central Florida Residents

Strive at Fern Park is a new, state of the art senior living residence in Casselberry, Florida. V3 Capital Group's goal was to provide a family friendly and comfortable living option to the growing senior resident population in the area. 

The site formerly housed a technical school comprised of multiple buildings. The construction included connecting the existing buildings to create one continuous structure with multiple interior courtyards. The new layout offers improved accessibility for residents in the assisted living suites and memory care units.
