New Senior Team Members

Melissa Plaskonos, Vice President (San Diego):  Melissa has over 20 years of experience managing real estate development projects with a background in engineering and management.

Keith Munson, Vice President (Orlando): Keith joins the Orlando team with a strong foundation of experience in healthcare. He is based in Tampa, effectively expanding PMA’s reach in the region. 

Pete Chalfant, Senior Project Manager (Austin):  Pete has 20 years of experience managing projects throughout all phases with a project portfolio spanning hospitality, commercial, and higher education projects. 

Chris Brooks, Senior Project Manager (Chicago): Chris returns to PMA bringing his background in architecture and experience delivering projects ranging from commercial tech offices to higher education.

Darrell Palama, Senior Project Manager (Orlando): Darrell joins the Orlando team with over 30 years of experience managing projects concentrating in the healthcare sector. 

John Hafer, Senior Project Manager (San Diego):  John’s expertise is in managing biotech, cGMP process manufacturing facilities, and life sciences projects.  

Eric Fedder, Senior Project Manager (San Diego):  Eric joins PMA with a deep background in healthcare projects, most notably Children’s National Research & Innovation Campus in Washington D.C.
