Marina Christodoulides to Lead Project Management Advisors’ Los Angeles Office 

Project Management Advisors, Inc. (PMA) is pleased to announce that Marina Christodoulides will lead the firm’s Los Angeles office, effective May 1. 

Christodoulides is a seasoned leader in the real estate and construction industries with nearly two decades of experience guiding complex development programs across corporate, residential, and mixed-use environments. With a background in architecture and city planning, she brings a unique ability to align stakeholders, navigate complexity, and drive projects from early planning through execution. 

Since joining PMA, Christodoulides has played a key role in leading large-scale, multi-project programs across corporate and institutional portfolios. She has successfully built and scaled high-performing teams, established delivery frameworks, and driven consistent outcomes, earning the trust of clients as a strategic advisor. 

In this expanded role, Christodoulides will continue overseeing key strategic client relationships while advancing regional growth, strengthening partnerships, developing talent, and expanding our presence in the Los Angeles market.

This leadership transition builds on the firm’s recent merger with Brailsford & Dunlavey, bringing together two nationally recognized leaders in program management and real estate advisory services. The integration strengthens the firm’s ability to support clients across a broader range of industries and a wider set of capabilities, from early-stage strategy and planning through project delivery and beyond.

Christodoulides holds a Master of Architecture and a Master of City Planning from the University of California, Berkeley and a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of Virginia.
