The interior construction of the completely new amenities floor at the FOUR40 building, owned by TIER REIT, has recently been completed and is now open to building tenants. The renovated space comprises one full floor in the 40-story office tower, providing a modern lounge atmosphere, private and semi-private meeting space and a wide array of conveniences. Additional renovations are now underway in the Buckingham Club.
