Adam Enright Promoted to Vice President and Managing Director of the San Diego Office  

Project Management Advisors, Inc. (PMA), a national real estate advisory firm providing consulting services as the owner’s representative, is pleased to announce the promotion of Adam Enright to Vice President and Managing Director of the San Diego office, effective May 1. This strategic leadership transition reflects PMA’s continued investment in key growth markets and commitment to delivering exceptional client outcomes nationwide.  

Enright, a leader in the real estate and construction industries, brings nearly two decades of experience managing high-profile projects across sectors including life sciences, healthcare, hospitality, and higher education. He has been instrumental in growing PMA’s life sciences tenant representation offering in San Diego and most recently, expanding the firm’s presence in Phoenix.  

“While the life sciences sector is at the core of our San Diego practice, there is significant opportunity to expand into other focus areas, including hospitality, higher education and residential development,” Enright said. “I’m excited to join the California leadership team and continue to drive many of the transformative projects that shape the region’s built environment, from life sciences developments to major commercial and institutional projects.” 

Enright, a LEED Accredited Professional in Building Design and Construction, holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Arizona State University’s Barrett Honors College and the Del E. Webb School of Construction. He has been actively involved with industry organizations, including the U.S. Green Building Council and the International Institute of Sustainable Laboratories (I2SL), where he previously served as Treasurer of the San Diego Chapter.
