Brottier Hall at Duquesne University
Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania
Duquesne University’s Brottier Hall is a partnership with Radnor Property Group and Harrison Street Real Estate Capital. Duquesne University sought a partner to update on-campus housing, particularly Brottier Hall, which had aged beyond it's useful life.
Originally built in the 1960's, the renovation included exterior restoration with new windows, an interior gut renovation of apartments, electrical upgrades, and an updated lobby. All work was completed over the course of four summers while the building was vacant. As Investor’s Representative, PMA aligned with HSRE and Duquesne University and its partners to help identify potential opportunities and mitigate risks throughout the project life cycle.
