The University of South Florida’s (USF) Student Housing Village dubbed “The Village” represents the largest USF Private-Public Partnership ever completed at the University.

As Investor’s Representative, PMA aligned with USF and development teams, acting as an on-site advocate for Harrison Street Real Estate Capital, LLC (HSRE) to identify potential risks throughout the entire project life-cycle. PMA performed a thorough due diligence review and provided honest analysis and guidance to assist setting the project up for success.
