This 321-unit mid-rise condominium project located in downtown San Diego is a harmonious combination of historic redevelopment and new construction, for which Project Management Advisors, Inc. (PMA) served as development manager/owner’s representative.  Designed by the architectural firm of Solomon Cordwell Buenz, the former landmark Citrus Soap Factory was redeveloped into a low-rise, upscale, 78 loft condominium building and fully integrated with a new 243 unit mid-rise residential tower that compliments the historic character of the former factory.  The building includes amenities such as  lap and splash pools, whirlpool, landscaped and hardscaped decks, fitness center, roof-top observation deck, library, meeting room, valet, and subsurface parking.
