This 321-unit mid-rise condominium project located in downtown San Diego is a harmonious combination of historic redevelopment and new construction, for which PMA served as Development Manager/Owner’s Representative. Designed by the architectural firm of SCB, the former landmark Citrus Soap Factory was redeveloped into a low-rise, upscale, 78 loft condominium building and fully integrated with a new 243 unit mid-rise residential tower that compliments the historic character of the former factory. The building’s full complement of amenities includes lap and splash pools, whirlpool, landscaped and hardscaped decks, fitness center, roof-top observation deck, library, meeting room, valet, and subsurface parking.
