Single Family Residence II

PMA was retained by the Owners of this ultra-luxury single family home located in the heart of Chicago’s Lincoln Park neighborhood prior to the general contractor selection process to oversee and manage the project’s delivery and occupancy. PMA was integral in bringing together and managing the architect, contractor and numerous specialty consultants and vendors required to successfully implement a project of this nature.

PMA developed and managed the overall project schedule and budget, administered all project accounting and led weekly project meetings and ensured all parties accountability. PMA was also responsible for overseeing the furniture and personal effects procurement and delivery, installation of the Owner’s art collection as well as coordination and oversight involved with development and installation of sculptures and custom digital media installations. PMA assisted the Owner with all moving activities from their existing residence and made all arrangements for long term maintenance contracts needed to operate and maintain the home after occupancy.
