Single Family Residence

This historic single family rowhouse located on LaSalle Boulevard was purchased while being renovated by a residential real estate company specializing in custom single family homes.  The new owners wanted to make numerous changes to the property to better suit their lifestyle.  Project Management Advisors, Inc. (PMA) was retained to evaluate the existing property, review the project documentation and evaluate the feasibility of implementing their desired changes.  Upon completion of this evaluation, the changes were documented, pricing was presented and evaluated; and the construction began. PMA continued to provide construction observation and consulted on issue resolution for the duration of the project, culminating in the issuance of a final project punch list.
