As the investor’s representative for PNC Realty Investors, Project Management Advisors, Inc. (PMA) oversaw the successful completion of The Shoreham Apartments, located in the new Lakeshore East neighborhood of Chicago. Upon completion of The Shoreham, PMA was again retained by the client to represent their interests in The Tides, a similarly appointed 51-story residential tower constructed on the parcel just to the west of The Shoreham. Both projects are among multiple residential projects built in the new lakefront neighborhood, but represent the only luxury rental developments.
The Tides offers a total of 607 residential units including studios, convertibles, one and two bedroom apartments and luxury amenities. PMA provided document review, schedule management, construction administration, change management, project accounting, closeout oversight and monthly reporting.
