Acting as the Investor’s Representative, Project Management Advisors oversaw the construction of The Shoreham Apartments, located in the Lakeshore East neighborhood of Chicago. One among several residential projects planned for the exciting new lakefront neighborhood, and representing the first luxury rental development, The Shoreham Phase I offers 550 apartments studios, convertibles, one and two bedroom apartment homes and luxury amenities. The 46 story Phase II tower, The Tides, began construction in the Spring of 2006.
