Acting as the investor’s representative, Project Management Advisors, Inc. (PMA) oversaw the construction of The Shoreham Apartments, located in the Lakeshore East neighborhood of Chicago. One among several residential projects built in the new lakefront neighborhood, and representing the first luxury rental development, The Shoreham Phase I offers 550 apartments studios, convertibles, one and two bedroom apartment homes and luxury amenities. The 46 story Phase II tower, The Tides, was completed in the Spring of 2008.
