Linden Tree Lane

PMA was retained in December 2004 to provide project management services at Linden Tree Lane, a 66-unit residential development located on the site of a former nursery. The 66-unit development was in the construction phase at the time of PMA’s involvement. In addition to providing full-time on-site representation, PMA was responsible for overseeing the coordination of various on-site construction activities as well as providing a direct communication link between the homeowner and the various construction contractors. The scope of the project included 10 acres of site development and tree preservation; the construction of 66 townhomes, the development of a deep well water supply system and landscaping that is virtually unmatched when compared to other residential developments, including 5 acres of dedicated open space. Linden Tree Lane was completed in November 2005.
