Linden Tree Lane

Project Management Advisors, Inc. (PMA) provided project management services for Linden Tree Lane, a 66-unit residential development located on the site of a former nursery. The 66-unit development was in the construction phase at the time of PMA’s involvement. In addition to providing full-time on-site representation, PMA was responsible for overseeing the coordination of various on-site construction activities as well as providing a direct communication link between the homeowner and the various construction contractors. The scope of the project included 10 acres of site development and tree preservation; the construction of 66 townhomes, the development of a deep well-water supply system and landscaping that is virtually unmatched when compared to other residential developments, including five acres of dedicated open space.
