Single Family Residence I

This luxury single family residence is located in Chicago’s Lincoln Park neighborhood. The project was under construction for over two years and was barely out of the ground when PMA was retained to oversee and manage the project construction.

PMA identified the short-term critical path priority items that needed immediate resolution to move the project ahead. PMA then identified the critical path priorities for project completion. An overall project schedule was then developed to determine the dates when items were required to maintain the critical path schedule and an overall project budget was established. PMA led weekly meetings to ensure the project progressed on schedule, observed the construction progress and reviewed outstanding issues. In addition, PMA procured interior design, home automation and security services on the owner’s behalf and managed all project accounting.
