Argenta Condominiums, located in San Francisco’s Civic Center neighborhood, is a 20 story 179 unit condominium tower developed by Anka Developments Inc. Argenta is located within two blocks of popular cultural attractions, including Davies Symphony Hall, War Memorial Opera House and City Auditorium. Building amenities include a fitness center, a 137 car parking facility, an 8,000 square foot landscaped terrace located off the hospitality suite, and 4,100 square feet of retail space along the street level. Project Management Advisors, Inc. (PMA) provided project management services including budget and schedule management, design administration, procurement, construction administration, entitlement management, project accounting and monthly owner reporting.
