Developed by Anka Developments, Inc. a privately owned company principally based in San Francisco, California with offices in Sydney, Australia, Seattle and San Diego, the Argenta project is located in San Francisco’s Civic Center district. Within just two blocks of popular cultural attractions including Symphony Hall, the Opera House and City Auditorium, the Argenta will offer 179 residences consisting of one and two-bedroom units, 137 parking spaces and 4,100 square feet of retail space and an 8,000 square foot landscaped third floor terrace. PMA provides project management services including budget and schedule management, design administration, procurement, construction administration, entitlement management, project accounting and monthly Owner reporting. The project is scheduled for completion in the third quarter of 2008.
