Located at 750 North Rush Street, just off historic Michigan Avenue, is The Chicagoan, a luxury residential tower designed by the architectural firm of Solomon Cordwell Buenz and Associates. The building was conceived to provide spectacular living space and a strong visual relationship to adjacent Water Tower, a National Historic Landmark. The shape, articulation and materials of the building were all designed to respect and reflect the form and materials of the Water Tower and to continue the grand architectural heritage of North Michigan Avenue. While previously employed with the firm of Draper and Kramer Incorporated, PMA Principal, J. Michael Tracy, provided full scope development management/owner’s representative and project management services for this landmark Chicago residence.
