Established in the 1870s and originally known as Iowa Circle, this historic residential circle was renamed in 1930 after Civil War General and Illinois Senator, John A. Logan. Despite decades of neglect, much of the grand victorian architecture of the 1870’s still exists today, most of which has experienced an amazing transformation by developers, architects and preservationists. Number 20 Logan Circle is among them. This 11-unit condominium project is the result of the historic rehabilitation of the existing three-story building in conjunction with new construction on an adjacent lot. PMA worked closely with the project architect and owner to ensure approval by Washington’s Historic Preservation Review Board.
