The Dominican Order of Preachers secured the services of PMA to act as owner's representative and project manager in renovating their properties in River Forest and Chicago, Illinois. Dominican residents from both locations were consolidated in the newly renovated St. Pius Priory facility in Chicago, including those in need of assisted living type amenities. Both sites received extensive deferred maintenance improvements, and in the case of St. Pius, ADA upgrades, technology upgrades, a new rooftop terrace, renovated office and conference space, plus new and restored furnishings.
