Jewish Council for Youth Services (JCYS) is an independent not-for-profit agency serving the needs of families throughout the Chicagoland area and suburbs. Project Management Advisors, Inc. (PMA) has built a long-standing relationship with JCYS over the years and has successfully completed several projects for JCYS since 1994. PMA is currently working with JCYS on the redevelopment of their Lakeview Family Center as well.
PMA was retained for the renovation and addition project at the Lillian L. Lutz Recreation Center, a project that entailed the renovation and addition of a 4,800 square foot community recreation facility and new 4,500 square foot T-shaped swimming pool, complete with a children’s splash pad, waterslide, and two shallow ends. The renovation and addition to the recreation facility involved significant upgrades to the main building, including new program areas and locker rooms equipped with showers. The campus serves up to 150 children ages five and up on a daily basis.
