First United Methodist Church of Evanston

The First United Methodist Church of Evanston is a neogothic house of worship rendered in limestone and slate located at the corner of Church Street and Hinman Avenue in an Evanston Historic District. Project Management Advisors, Inc. (PMA) provided complete project management consulting services for their renovation and addition program. Renovation work included new accessible restrooms, new vestibule and office space, improved lighting, flooring and finishes, and a new four-stop elevator. The addition program included a new enlarged Church Street entrance and ramp rendered in the same historic architectural style and materials as the existing structure.
