Bonita Valley Community Church is a Christian organization located on approximately 18 acres just south of San Diego, California. Having outgrown its existing facilities, the church is undertaking an expansion project, which will include a new 32,000 square foot 1,700 seat sanctuary. Project Management Advisors, Inc. (PMA) was selected in a competitive process in June 2008 to provide project management services for the expansion. In addition to construction of the new facility, the project will include site parking enhancements, new landscaping and street/right-of-way modifications.
