NovaRx Corporation is a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company dedicated to the discovery, development and commercialization of novel cell-based therapeutic vaccines for the treatment of various cancers. PMA provided oversight and project management services for the design and construction of the 7,400 square foot NovaRx cGMP facility on behalf of the owner, BioMed Realty Trust. PMA services included budgeting, design review, existing conditions review and overall oversight of the municipal approvals, construction, quality control, occupancy, validation, and closeout.
