Syrrx, Inc.

Completion of the interior improvements for the 84,000 sq.ft. corporate headquarters facility for Syrrx Inc. represents Phase Two on Lots 18 & 20 of this Torrey Pines Science Center site, which is comprised of over 930,000 sq.ft. of developable building area dedicated to Biotechnology Research and Development. Tenant improvements for Syrrx Inc. includes biology, microbiology, chemistry, medicinal chemistry, and crystallography laboratories utilizing robotics as well as administrative offices and a mainframe computer room/IT department. As Owner’s representative for the campus owner and developer, HCP, Inc. (acquirer of Slough Estates USA Inc.), PMA provides overall management of the design and construction of all campus buildings, parking structures, site improvements and landscaping and manages all tenant improvement work.  Takeda acquired Syrrx, Inc., now known as Takeda San Diego, Inc., in March 2005.
