Scripps Health - Translational Science Institute

Scripps Health, a non-profit community-based health care delivery network, retained Project Management Advisors, Inc. (PMA) for construction oversight of an office suite that is the headquarters for Scripps Translational Science Institute. The leased space lies in an adjacent business park to the Scripps Research Institute in La Jolla, California. PMA was engaged to ensure both the deisgn and construction met Scripps’ needs within the landlord provided turnkey space. PMA provided oversight of both the Scripps Health and Scripps Research Information Technology groups, as seperation between the two networks was required. Installation of furniture and the employee phase move-in were managed by PMA to meet specific schedule openings between Scripps‘ other project moves.
