Phenomix Corporation retained Project Management Advisors, Inc. (PMA) to provide project management services for their new US facility which included new corporate offices, biology and chemistry labs. PMA worked closely with Phenomix senior management and laboratory personnel to develop a landlord scope of work for this “turnkey” project and to ensure that the aggressive project shcedule was achieved.
