Pfizer Global Research & Development retained Project Management Advisors, Inc. (PMA) for project management consulting services for a 1,600 square foot expansion of their Rinat Neurosciences research facility. The scope of work included the necessary bidding and procurement of resources, the build out of the new space, and an expansion of the mechanical systems to provide redundancy to the entire research facility.
In parallel with the above work, PMA was retained to provide project management services for security card access upgrades, a break room expansion, and the design/construction of an exterior service enclosure to provide secure deliveries to their research facility.
