Advanced Cell Diagnostics, Inc. is a biotechnology start-up company leasing space at Britannia Point Eden Business Park in Hayward, California from HCP, Inc. Prior to occupying the space, HCP, Inc. provided turnkey tenant improvements, which combined and upgraded two suites, to meet Advanced Cell Diagnostics’ needs for lab and office space. Project Management Advisors, Inc. (PMA) was retained by HCP, Inc. as the project manager for the tenant improvements. PMA’s primary responsibilities included management of the lease and workletter, design coordination between the architect and Advanced Cell Diagnostics, construction administration and management of the overall project schedule and budget.
