Project Management Advisors, Inc. (PMA) was retained by the landlord, HCP, Inc., to manage the design and construction of tenant improvements at 500 Saginaw on behalf of their tenant, Abbott Laboratories. Abbott Laboratories is a global healthcare research and development company.
The scope of work included new private and open office areas, conference room upgrades, and an All-Hands room on the lower floor to service the multiple buildings that Abbott has on this campus. In addition to the interior improvements, PMA also managed the design and construction of various shell improvements to the building, including ADA walkways and ramps and a roof replacement.
