Project Management Advisors, Inc. (PMA) provided oversight of the design, construction, move-in logistics and environmental abatement for the Wisconsin Department of Transportation’s (WisDot) relocation of their Statewide Traffic Operations Center (TOC) to the 3rd Floor of the Milwaukee Intermodal Station. This facility is responsible for the statewide tracking of traffic times and safety. The TOC utilizes 10,000 square feet of office space for support staff, 4,000 square feet of control room and conference space, and a 5,000 square feet data center on a raised floor. In addition, the TOC has its own emergency power functions and fiber optic installation and distribution to the Wisconsin DOT system.
