Project Management Advisors, Inc. (PMA) was retained by National University to oversee the planning and development of 38,000 square feet of tenant improvements for the Los Angeles Campus of National University. The space is comprised of three floors of an existing office building in the Pacific Concourse Office Park in West Los Angeles. The project included the improvements as well as the mitigation of a structurally deficient slab prior to the start of construction.
