Northwest Family Center

PMA was originally retained in 1994 to organize and manage the development process of a family center for an organization comprised of volunteers with limited development experience, expertise, and time resources. Upon completion of fundraising, PMA resumed as the Owner's Representative for the design and construction phases of the revised program requirements.

The development will occur in two phases. The first phase is a childcare center including classrooms, multi-purpose rooms, office areas, a full gymnasium and exterior playground areas. The grand opening for the center was held in August, 2000. The second phase will be an Aquatic Center with adaptive capabilities and facility expansion.
