The Francis W. Parker School is an independent K-12 school founded in 1901 on the Near North side of Chicago. After a competitive proposal process, the school secured the services of Project Management Advisors (PMA) to manage the complex design and construction activities of the science wing renovation, while adhering to strict school schedules and deadlines. The project included the renovation of the existing science wing and locker rooms as well as the expansion of over 9,000 square feet of new science room/laboratory space. PMA services included procurement, contract review, budgeting, scheduling, design review, construction administration and the management of numerous owner vendors. The project was completed on schedule and in time for the start of Spring semester classes.
