Fenwick High School is a private Dominican Catholic college preparatory high school located in Oak Park, Illinois. Originally opened in 1929, the school has experienced numerous renovations and additions through the years. Beginning in 1996, PMA began development of a Program Planning Model to enable additional school renovations as part of their capital campaign program, Fenwick 2000. These renovations included development of a new field house with a state-of-the art 1,100 seat two-court gymnasium and a 450-seat natatorium, renamed in 2000 to the Daniel J. O'Brien Aquatic Center.
Also included were the renovations of several classrooms, athletic locker rooms and the addition of a two-story "link", which provided a fully accessible connection to three different facilities. In conjunction with program planning, PMA drafted a sources and uses of funds analysis, analyzed alternative forms of financing, and prepared recommendations for procurement. In addition to providing overall project management during the implementation phase, PMA also helped provide an assessment and strategy for remedying inadequate parking and identified issues related to municipal approvals.
