In February 1995, the space constraints caused by the growth in athletic programs and the need for competitive facilities, led California State University, Fresno Athletic Corporation to explore the feasibility of constructing a new Strength and Conditioning Center. PMA developed a procurement and implementation strategy to effectively control the project cost and meet the schedule objectives for athletic recruiting. Construction on the 10,800 sq.ft. Strength and Conditioning Center was completed in 6 months at a project cost of $1.2 million, including equipment.
