Located just north of the Cal Poly campus in San Luis Obispo, California, the 46-acre Cal Poly Sports Complex site consists of a baseball/softball complex, multi-purpose recreation fields, a football/soccer stadium and basketball arena. In addition to the preconstruction planning services for the $20 million Cal Poly Sports Facilities Master Plan, Project Management Advisors, Inc. (PMA) provided overall project management for all components of the project and assisted in financing procurement, gift-in-kind fundraising and coordinating other campus facilities impacted by the project. PMA additionally helped Cal Poly's Department of Intercollegiate Athletics and Cal Poly Associated Students, Inc. (ASI) develop and establish a Memorandum of Understanding with the City of San Luis Obispo, outlining the terms of a joint development of the complex.
