Thomas and South Middle Schools

Project Management Advisors, Inc. (PMA) was retained for the conceptual programming and referendum budgeting for the Thomas Middle School and South Middle School.  PMA developed a plan for programming, design and referendum activities and drafted a detailed schedule to reach interim completion by the 1995 referendum date.  Additionally, PMA facilitated workshops involving 58 program committee members representing community, school board, tax watch, parent, staff and administrative interests.  The final work product was a 95 page Educational Specification Addendum designed to meet the Board of Education's mandate to plan for Middle School education for the next 30 years.
