Formerly the Orlando Marriott International Drive, the Wyndham Orlando needed various upgrades and renovations at their 1,065 room resort located on a 40 acre site in Orlando, Florida. Project Management Advisors, Inc. managed the various site improvements including the renovation of the guestrooms located throughout the site in sixteen freestanding structures, the program also included the construction of a new lobby building and porte cochere, the renovation of the existing conference center building, the construction of a new poolside restaurant and amenities building, and improvements to the site, parking, hardscape, and existing lagoon features.
