Holiday Inn City Centre

Prior to acquisition by Stone-Levy, Project Management Advisors, Inc. (PMA) performed a due diligence investigation of the Holiday Inn City Centre and delivered a comprehensive report that included several recommendations for action.  These actions were prioritized for Stone-Levy to act upon as capital improvement projects.  The resulting schedule of projects required the procurement of services from a variety of consultants and vendors.  Some of the projects included ADA compliance, structural renovations and improvements, electrical renovations, fire safety renovations, masonry facade repairs and elevator modernization.
