Holiday Inn City Centre

Prior to acquisition by the current Owner, the Holiday Inn City Centre was evaluated in a comprehensive report that included several recommendations for action. These actions were prioritized for the Owner to act upon as capital improvement projects.

The resulting schedule of projects required the procurement of services from a variety of consultants and vendors. Some of the projects include: ADA compliance, structural renovations and improvements, electrical renovations, fire safety renovations, masonry facade repairs, and elevator modernization.
