The Slough Business Center comprises over 80 acres of property that was zoned for light industrial and warehouse uses. As owner’s representative for the business center developer, Slough Estates USA Inc., Project Management Advisors, Inc. (PMA) coordinated the shell building construction on each lot as well as coordination of the design and construction of the tenant improvements.
