JBX Grill

Project Managment Advisors, Inc. (PMA) assisted Jack in the Box, Inc. on the facilities side of a project that would ultimately create a new fast-casual restaurant concept called JBX Grill. PMA had already been retained on a related Jack in the Box project, a 70,000 square foot Innovation Center designed to support product marketing, research and development and quality assurance.

PMA’s involvement included coordinating the construction of JBX restaurants currently in test in California and Idaho. Working closely with Jack in the Box Inc., PMA managed the project activities for each JBX Grill location, including schedule and budget development, procurement of local project team members, design coordination and administration, construction administration and FF&E coordination. PMA also developed and documented the comprehensive facilities rollout manual for JBX Grill restaurant development.
