Project Management Advisors, Inc. (PMA) managed the relocation of Informatica’s Chicago corporate office into high rise office space at 500 West Monroe Street. With an understanding of the requirements entailed in a move from one high-rise office space to another, PMA provided design oversight, permit expedition, oversight of the tenant improvement construction and interface with building management for the new 6,059 square foot space. PMA also managed the procurement, delivery and installation of all audio-visual, access control, security, voice/data and furniture installations for a complete turnkey delivery prior to move-in. PMA worked closely with Informatica senior management to ensure that all program, budget and schedule goals were achieved.
