Britannia East Grand contains two separate parking facilities to serve distinct phases of the research and development park, comprised of eight separate buildings.  The facilities are designed as cast-in-place, post-tensioned concrete structures, and provide common small retail and fitness center service to the development.  Other amenities include management and security offices, central telecommunications facilities, electric vehicle charging stations, bicycle racks, storage areas and security systems featuring closed-circuit cameras and an emergency call station/blue-light system.
