PMA Selected for Pre-Construction Work on 45 Lansing Street Project
On July 1, 2008, PMA commenced work with Turnberry, Ltd to provide Project Management Services for the Pre-Construction Phase of a luxury high-rise condominium tower in downtown San Francisco. Turnberry, Ltd is a national development firm with over 40 years of residential achievement stretching from Florida and The Bahamas, North to the Nation’s Capital, and West to Las Vegas. The firm contacted PMA for local assistance in tightening the overall project schedule, budget and developing a project delivery process. Over the next four months, PMA will review the details of all project documentation including, but not limited to, plans, schedules, budgets and project approach. Through this effort, PMA will provide recommendations on how to proceed with the project.
The 300,000 square foot tower will consist of 217 condominium units rising 42 stories. Building amenities will include an indoor swimming pool, fitness facilities and four levels of subterranean parking. This project is the third tower PMA has worked on in the redeveloping neighborhood of Rincon Hill.
