PMA Selected for Celgene Corporation’s Relocation and Expansion
PMA was selected for project management services for Celgene Corporation, a multinational biopharmaceutical company dedicated to delivering the most advanced medicine to patients in need of treatment due to cancer and other serious conditions. The project includes the expansion of their San Diego operations into a single 130,000 square foot facility having outgrown their current 78,000 square foot facility. The proposed new facility will accommodate a variety of amenities such as chemistry and biology labs, specialized research space, and support space. Also, to assist Celgene in attaining their sustainability goal for the new facility of LEED Silver Certification, or better, PMA is managing the LEED administration process and providing overall project commissioning of all building systems.
