PMA and Team Complete Renovation at La Rabida Children’s Hospital
We're pleased to announce the recent completion of the 8,000 square foot renovation project in the Black Building at La Rabida Children's Hospital in Chicago. The project entailed the conversion of existing inpatient rooms into state-of-the-art single occupancy rooms. As the owner's representative, Project Management Advisors managed the project team from preconstruction through close-out, including the implementation of a comprehensive budget management process and an accelerated construction schedule that enabled the hospital to realize significant savings in total construction costs.
