One Rincon Hill Awarded 2007 Deal of the Year in Market Rate Residential
On Thursday, March 27, 2008, One Rincon Hill Condominiums was named as the winner of the 2007 Best Market Rate Residential Deal of the Year at the San Francisco Business Times’ 2007 Real Estate Deals of the Year Awards. The awards honor the best of the best in Bay Area real estate from the past year. Winners are selected by a panel of judges from the top ranks of the Bay Area’s real estate professionals after a four-month process ending in the awards ceremony and a special Business Times publication. Projects were eligible from five counties: San Francisco, San Mateo, Marin, Contra Costa and Alameda, as well as the city of Palo Alto. To be eligible, transactions had to have closed in 2007 while developments had to be completed in 2007.
