PMA Selected for Bonita Valley Community Church Expansion Project
Project Management Advisors, Inc. has been selected to provide project management services for the Bonita Valley Community Church (BVCC) $12 Million expansion project. BVCC, located in Bonita California has more than doubled in size in the past several years and their current facilities have been stretched to their capacity. The expansion project will include a new 32,000 sq. ft. sanctuary, accommodating 1,700 members. Special attention will be paid to the project’s acoustics and lighting to showcase the church’s music program. In addition to construction of the new facility, the project will include site parking enhancements, new landscaping and right-of-way modifications.
